Versa 2 not connecting to Samsung 7

I have shut down my versa and reset many settings on the app, but it still doesn't work. The time on the versa is messed up so it's hard to do anything with it.

 

This isn't the first time it doesn't connect, but the first time it has taken days of attempts. Could I possibly have a versa that doesn't work properly?
