I have had my versa 2 for about 4 months now. It will not connect to the wifi so I can connect it to my phone. My phone connects no problem. I have had 2 chats with support and they are no help. I have had other people try to help me and they can't get it to connect either. Guessing there is something wrong with my fitbit. It connects to Bluetooth no problem, but you need wifi to download music. I am very disappointed in the support system of fitbit.

Thanks for the details in your post and for the troubleshooting performed. I see where your frustration is coming from and I've seen you reached out to our Support Team. Since you tried all the suggested troubleshooting step and your Versa 2 is still not connecting to WiFi, I recommend you to update your case with our Support team to determine if something is wrong with your watch. It seems that you were having trouble with the chat option, so try to call them this time (you'll find the Customer Support's phone number here).
On a side note, I moved your post to the Versa 2 board to keep the Community organized.
