Versa 2 not connecting to mobile track

Hi, 

My phone and Versa 2 were connected to Mobile track but not they aren't? And I can't seem to connect them again?

I've tried resetting it up as a new device but it didn't bring it up. Reset it and my phone and no luck.

The versa doesn't count steps if I push the buggy so it's to have them link as I mainly push the buggy and walk! Today my fit bit has 13k steps but my phone has 18k!

How has the phone been counting steps of mobile track isn't enabled? 

Did you try removing the versa then add mobile track?

Hi,

My phone counts steps in its own health app. 

I've removed the versa and it doesn't give me the option of mobile track anymore?

But it was there yesterday.
