Versa 2 not connecting to my Motorola g30

I had been happily using my Versa 2 with my phone (which is a Motorola g30) when suddenly one day my watch was not syncing to my phone. Following some advice I found on the internet, I removed my Fitbit device from my phone's Bluetooth and then deleted the Fitbit app. I then reinstalled the app and attempted to sync my Versa 2, first connecting it to Bluetooth.

However, the watch wasn't showing up when I tried to connect a new device. Therefore my watch wasn't connecting to my phone. When I go onto the app the Bluetooth pairing there is also unsuccessful.

I am unsure what to do, I have tried restarting my device and checking app permissions but none of it is working.

Is there anything I can do to reconnect my device?

I hope you are able to find a solution for this.  When that happened to my Versa support told me it was defective and sent me a coupon for 35% off a new product.  My watch was 18 months old, if you find a solution other than replacing your watch please let me know.

The fitbit moderator told me to buy a Fitbit & sent a coupon for 35% off a new product. My Fitbit became defective & stopped working after 15 months. It never worked 100% after the update I was forced to do in January that caused Fitbit's not to work with Android's. I have Garmin I purchased in 2013 that still works. Fitbit does not stand by their products.
