Hi @norajamal, welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on our help article: How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch? and let me know if the issue persists after taking such information into consideration.

I'll be here if further assistance is needed.

Hi there, @sathu. Welcome on board. Thanks for following the troubleshooting steps provided by @RicardoFitbit.

Have you recently paired your headphones to your phone or other devices? If you have, try removing your headphones from those devices. Then, when pairing them with your Versa 2, make sure no other Bluetooth device are nearby and turn off the Bluetooth on your phone.

Hope this does the trick for you.

@MarreFitbit @RicardoFitbit If this is a known issue for pairing of Fitbit with Oppo, this should be informed in beginning to save everyone's time.
