Already posted about this once, no solution on offer?, I have looked back and found the same problem since the versa 2 was launched! You do have a good product , for me it could be perfect if you sorted this problem out, also i think they'll be plent of others in this community who'd also appriciate it.

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is not connecting with your phone for the GPS feature. I totally understand how you feel about this. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to restart your watch as described in this help article. After this, check out this help article, which explains why the GPS feature may not work on your Fitbit device.
