Versa 2 not counting activity or sleep

Hi,

 

Have had a vere 2 for a couple of weeks. For the last two days it hasn't collected any sleep data and wont record steps until it is reset, following reset it appears to function ok until I go to check sleep data the next day which again is missing and doesnt register steps until reset again.

 

I have factory reset but the problem remains.

 

The software on both the Fitbit and the app on my phone are both up to date.

 

Any help appreciates.

I've had my versa lite for 2 years. Sleep tracker has always worked...until today. It vanished from my app.

Still have to reset versa 2 daily as it stops recording steps etc, a very disappointing product.
