My wife has just opened her versa2, been for a little walk around the house but it’s only picked up 67 steps when she’s walked a fair bit more than that just to trial it.
The fitbit has also stated she would have lost 900 calories doing that, hard to believe!! but in the last 5 minutes of sitting down going on her phone to research the Fitbit she has burnt an extra 167 calories?

@RhysM93 Is she making sure her arm is swinging while she's walking? Is she pushing something like a baby stroller or shopping cart? I would make sure that when she's walking, her arm with the Fitbit on it is moving easily with her steps.
Fitbit calculates all the calories she would've burned if she were sedentary (also known as BMR calories -- you burn calories just by being alive) and then when you're active, alert, sitting up, talking, etc your heart rate is elevated and you burn more calories on top of your daily BMR. When she wakes up in the morning, she will see that she's already burned a couple hundred calories and then they will continue to go up throughout the day and it will vary based on her activity level and heart rate.
