Hi, 

 

My girlfriends device does not display calories in/out when you swipe down. It also does not have the option to turn this on in the settings where mine allows me to turn the food tile on or off?

they are both versa 2’s.

 

please help

Hi @Driggs199. Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the delayed response.

 

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for trying to checking the Today settings. While this sounds odd, could you please verify if her Versa 2 firmware is updated? For instructions, check this help article. Once that is done, please restart her watch with the steps described here and keep me posted with the outcome.
