Versa 2 not displaying notifications from my android phone

I noticed since last Thursday my versa 2 isn't displaying notifications from text messages and messanger and other apps I gave permissions to from my galaxy note20 ultra 5g.

 

I restored my watch, my phone and also unpaired it from my phone and re paired it to my phone. Still does it..

Phone calls come through but when I answer my phone it keeps ringing on my wrist.. 

 

Not sure why.

Very crazy. Wonder why it all of a sudden is doing this when it never did before.  

Glad it's not just mine.

Hope they fix it soon

Seems this is beyond Versa 2, reports in Charge 5, Versa, Sense, etc all related to notifications, if you keep trying the same thing and nothing changes then it must be the Fitbit app, I remove new version, put back backup of previous version notifications work, so seems someone in Fitbit development messed up the code for notifications. Maybe they should stop trying to make the app worse, and either leave it or make it better... Laugh at all the posts concerning how people reach out to support and get remove this unpair that.. how about really troubleshoot, fix the Android app. 

 

 

 

I have both iphone and Android, if I pair to iPhone notifications work and they did not break the backgrounds yet... Just waiting for Fitbit to update iPhone app so those user can suffer... Think Fitbit is trying to make their users insane. Keep unpairing and remove app, re add remove setup as new device... Insane...

Since last night around 10:30, my Versa Lite stopped syncing with both my android phone & tablet. I tried fixing it with 3 Fitbit people, 2 online chats & 1 phone call, & nothing worked. The phone person told me to do a factory reset, & now it's stuck there because it can't communicate with my phone. My phone shows it as paired. I am SO frustrated!!

Oh no. Thats the last thing I want to do. Mine will sync but doesn't do it automatically. I have to pull the page down then it will sync. Hopefully they have it fixed soon

I have only been getting phone call notifications. Text message and calendar notifications haven't worked for 3 days.

 And when my phone rings and I answer it it keeps buzzing on my wrist like I didn't answer it.

There seems to be a bug in the latest version of the Fitbit App, see posts of other people in the forums with the same issue.

I saw that there is a lot of people with the same problem with their trackers. Hopefully they will fix the bug with a new update to the app
