My wife's Fitbit Versa 2 display has not worked correctly since the day after she bought it and we've just been putting off dealing with it.
The steps and calories say undefined and location says NaN. Also, there is a black square on the middle-right portion of the screen that looks like something should be displayed there as well.
I tried to upload an image but apparently that isn't allowed.
The phone app displays the tracked stats but they never display on the watch.
We've done multiple restarts, factory resets, app uninstall/re-installs on her iPhoneXR with no luck.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, as we are getting incredibly discouraged with this. There are so many things engineered so poorly or not user friendly that we're about to just give up but we'd really like to make this work.
