Versa 2 not enough power and weak vibrations

I’ve rebooted my versa2 several times but the vibrate function on the alarm has noticeable lost power.

when I tried to charge the device this morning it kept saying that not enough power was received to charge, but it showed that the charger was connected.

help. x

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. The vibration issue of your Versa 2 could be related to the power source you're using to charge it.
