I’ve just bought the Fitbit Versa 2 2hours ago to replace my Fitbit Blaze so I could track my Swimming lengths / Laps. I put it on charge while and while waiting read the set up instructions Only to find out before I’ve even got in the pool with it, IT DOESNT do that any more. Well it’s going back in the box and straight back to Fitbit. I’ll buy something that does what it’s supposed to.

very disappointed Tim, Hounslow, Middlesex. 😢😢😢

Hi @TigerTim1959 - Just responding to this, as the Versa 2 does support swimming but you probably sorted out the issues in the meantime, possibly with a restart. Often you don't get the latest firmware with a new watch setup but you should have it by now.
