I bought my versa2 on sunday (29/2/20)
So far I've noticed it tracks my sleep even when it's on charge overnight.
It never gets to 100% charge 99% is best it's done.
It shows battery charging but the charge actually goes down.
I was sold it with the watch pay ability- only to find only 5 minor banks participate.
What's the point 🤷🏼:female_sign:
Seriously thinking of returning it for a Samsung watch

@Libsmum I hope you're doing well! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with yoru Versa 2 not fully charging or properly detecting your sleep. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
Regarding the sleep issue, your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. The opposite might be true also as inactivity from watching TV or a movie may lead to sleep detection. You can try wearing your device on your dominant hand to increase the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. Finally regarding the banks you can reach out to your bank to suggest they add compatibility with Fitbit Pay. You can also share your idea in our Feature Suggestions board. Search for the idea first to see if one already exists so you can add your vote. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it.

I have decided to return it. Unfortunately I cant until harrods reopens.
Totally disappointing watch.
I shouldnt have those problems with a brand new item.
