Versa 2 not getting firmware update and issue with heart rate

3-4 months earlier my heart rate monitor showed a constant heart rate and when I restarted the device the heart rate and the green light completely disappeared. So I did not use it for about 2-3 months and then I recently started using it so I was behind on a bunch of firmware updates and when I tried to update it failed and now the firmware update doesn't even show up on the app. Please help
