The worst thing about it, is that sometimes it show notifications and sometimes it doesn't. I have re-started multiple times. I made sure that I have the most updated version. I charge it every day, so it isn't a battery issue. This is getting old. It seems as though as soon as I have any fitbit (this is my 4th) for just over a year...it starts to fail. This is nonsense.

@Sweetleaf5 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the notifications issue that your Versa 2 has experienced. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your watch for 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
