Versa 2 not giving run map anymore

I have had this watch for a year. Until recently it produced a map in the app at the end of every run. Now it only gives stats. Yes, it is connected to my phone for every run. It also is no longer notifying me at each mile. Both of these have changed in the last few weeks. I looked at the dashboard on the website and still no map, just stats.

I have just got the exact same problem. I've been on to the help chat and not got very far. Everything they suggested hasn't worked. I think it maybe related to the Android update from 10 to 11. But I don't know how to resolve it.

I am trying to get back on the chat to say their suggestions did work but now I can't work out how to.

I'm in the same boat. Everything is being tracked except the map. It knows where I start and end and sometimes gives me a random straight line, but the mapping feature is not working. I too am on an android with my versa 2.

I'm having the same issue all of a suddon. Yesterday my activity showed a map and on today's no map at all but all of the rest of the stats were correct. It also wouldn't sync to Strava. I'm using a Charge 2 with Android 10 (on a Realme phone)
