My Fitbit Versa was working but it has now stopped holding its charge and is now dying. I tried connecting it to the charger and it said it had 99% charge. It then plummeted rapidly to 88% and its now stopped working altogether.

Hi JuanJoFitbit.
So, the Fitbit decided to kick itself back into life, but it's fully discharged and now won't charge. I have tried connecting to different plugs, and even to my computer. It's not charging and i don't know why

Hi @SunsetRunner, thank you for getting back and trying the tips. Since you mentioned that your Versa 2 is not able to take a charge, even though you have connected the charger to different plugs, I'd like you to your try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
Let me know how it goes.
