Versa 2 not holding a charge

My Versa 2 and Charge 2 will not hold a charge longer than 5-6 hours. My Charge 2 is over three years old so I didn’t really think too much of it although it went from holding a charge for three days to 5-6 hours. Now today my Versa 2 which is only a little over three months old did the same thing. In fact the charge level dropped so fast at the end I didn’t get an email notification that the battery was low. I find it very odd that both are doing the same thing. And my Versa 2 was fine until today; able to go 4-5 days between charging.

Hi there, @ICS33. Welcome to the Community Forums. I understand where your concern is coming from.

As you may know, your Versa 2 battery should last up to 6 days. However, as with other electronic devices, the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used, such as the GPS, Spotify app or the Always-On display. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, please take into consideration the conditions that impact your watch's battery.

With that being said, I'd recommend to change the clock face to one designed by Fitbit and please confirm if you've followed the tips and recommendations to maximize your watch's battery life described here.

Hope that helps.
