Versa 2 not holding battery

I got a brand new versa 2 and configured it with the same settings as my previous versa. Unfortunately the versa 2 is only holding battery for 24 hrs. The option of turning everything off defy the purpose of having a versa 2 since my original versa could hold battery for 4 days. What should I do?

Hi @CJax Have you tried restarting it several times? If not, give it a try. If that doesnt help either return it tonthe store you bought it from or contact Support.  Fitbit Support
