Fitbit sent me a refurbished Versa 2 to replace my brand new one. Anyone have problems with returns. The replacement won't hold charge and the face is blurry.

Hi @ndasjenks the face being blurry, is that due to scratches or is it inside where it's pixelated? I've notified a moderator about your post and they should be by to address this with you.

@ndasjenks Hi there. Thanks for the details mentioned. Since your Versa 2 isn't holding a charge, make sure you're fully charging it and follow these tips to extend your watch's battery life.
As mentioned by our council, if the face blurry is inside try restarting it and let me know the outcome.
