Versa 2 not holding charge

my versa 2 suddenly stopped holding a charge. Dies after a couple hours even though it says 100% charged when I take it off the charger. Tried doing a reboot but didn’t help.

There is a fault with the IOS Fitbit App - try turning off Bluetooth on the phone and recharging and restarting the watch. At least the battery will last.
