I previously had a FitBit Alta. It was good but the straps kept breaking. FitBit did keep replacing them but then last year 2020/21 I was gifted a Versa 2. It's been wonderful... the strap hasn't broken and all was well. Recently it's started dropping charge really quickly. I'm sure FitBit do this on purpose to make people buy new devices. It sucks and I think this will be the last FitBit product I have as it's just poor.

HI @syrupie - it seems that a recent update adversely affected battery life of the Versa 3 and Sense and possibly Versa 2 as well.
While not all these aspects may apply to a Versa 2 have a look to see if any are causing the rapid drain.
How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life.
Possible solutions include: restarting both phone and watch, clearing the Fitbit App cache and force stopping it, or logout and login, or removing the Bluetooth entry and repairing it with the Fitbit App.
Because possibly trying too frequently to communicate between the watch and phone can be exhausting for the battery.

yes, versa2 as well. It was capable to last 5 days, and suddenly it strarts dropping to like 15% from full charge after just one day. :(( very sad
