Versa 2 not linking to Strava account

I've tried removing the app and re-adding it, I tried revoking access to Strava then re-adding it. Nothing I've seen in the forums has solved this issue. It shows in the app as linked and that it should work just fine on my Versa 2, but when I select app on the watch, it says "Link account" error. PLEASE tell me how I can get Strava to work on my brand new Versa 2!!!
