Versa 2 not linking to phone when I want to record a run

I am having problems with my watch not syncing to my phone when I want to run. Because of this I am not getting the map up. I have tried re setting the app, and changing settings with location on all the time but none of this seems to work. I’ve done the same for 3 years and never had a problem.
