Versa 2 not measure heart rate

Hello,
My versa 2 unfortunately does not measure heart rate. I have already done everything possible that I could find on the internet. ( Restart, sync, turn function off and on, charge and restart again) but all unfortunately does not work. It also no longer flashes a green light. What else can I do ? My watch is 2 years old

Mine did also-  and it stopped syncing my steps in the workweek hustle.  It records steps on the dashboard but the workweek hustle continuously says zero.  It seems a cheap and lowbrow way of forcing people to upgrade their tracker.  Make sure the old ones suddenly malfunction.  Lame.

Mine has done this as well. I’ve turned on and off the heart rate setting on my watch (whilst also turning off and on the watch), I’ve restarted the app and restored my watch to factory settings. Nothings has worked

My Versa 2 is all over the map for measuring my heart rate. When I started my workout this morning it said my heart rate was 187. Not possible. At other times, like when I am sitting still it jumps from 65 to 147 instantaneously. Not possible. There are blatant bugs in the code IMHO.

mine quit two days ago after pushing out an update. no heart tracking, missing two sensors, screen playing up

my heart rate was 110 lying in bed, when i took the watch off - stayed at 110 until the next day. now I have no heart rate apparently. All since last update
