I purchased versa 2 from amazon & done stting every thing going fine but it is not pairing to my mobile phone blue tooth is showing versa 2 on my mobile but asking for pairing mobile showing masage that versa 2 deniying

Thank you for letting us know which phone you have, @neermohi.  It seems your phone is not on the list of supported devices but often that means Fitbit has not had a chance to test it yet. Please take a look at the trouble shooting tips here. Hopefully they will help you connect.
