Hi: I tried the troubleshooting steps; however I am still unable to receive text messages on my Versa 2. It does not seem like my phone is still paired with the Versa...although I previously was able to use bluetooth to install a system update to the fitbit. It seems, too, that it's not connected to the wireless here. Could that be the issue...or??? Really wanting to be able to get messages on my phone while at work. Thanks for any help.

Thanks for the details that were shared and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Motorola Z phone are you currently using with your Versa 2? When was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Good Morning, Thanks for your response. I have a Moto Z with Android 9.0.
I have checked and it has no updates to make.
I think I have tried all of the trouble shooting options. My phone has
synced with my phone. Also I was able to install and upgrade the Versa via
bluetooth on my phone.
The notifications have never worked except randomly yesterday I received
notification of a missed call...so that was interesting.
Thanks for your help. I hope I don't have to return it! 😕
