my versa 2 watch quit syncing a couple months ago. I have tried unpairing from my devices but now when I try to pair again the app is unable to find the watch. This has happened on both iPhone and iPad. I have turned wifi on and off and also turned blue tooth on and off. I have also restarted my devices and the watch. Still unable to find the device to pair. Please help!

Hi @Bever1yrph, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is not pairing with your iPhone or iPad. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
