Earlier today I looked at my versa 2 and it had the restart symbol out of no where. After a few hours of trying to restart it by holding down the buttons , I finally got it back on, but it was super slow and delayed, and the time was off by 5 hours. It also wasn't syncing with my phone on the app.
So I got on here and followed all the steps to try to fix this.
I'm at the point now where it's trying to repair the device but my Bluetooth isnt connecting to it.
-i restarted the device (probably 10 times or more by now)
- turned bluetooth on and off
-restarted my phone
-deleted and re downloaded the app
-previously did a factory reset on the versa 2
-made sure location is allowed, and background app running allowed for fit bit
-removed all other Bluetooth devices so not too many are connected at the same time
Honestly, done everything I could think of/seen on these threads.
I've only had this watch for 3 weeks.
Help!
