Versa 2 not reading BPM and no lights

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I noticed my Versa 2 has stopped reading my BPM which means no activity or sleep is recorded either. I've read through the help forums and tried everything including turning it off and on, system resets, syncing before and after a reboot. Nothing is working. I've also noticed that there are no longer any lights coming on on the back of the watch. Is there anything I can do? I bought it in November 2019.

I am also experiencing problems with my Versa 2. My sleep hasn't recorded in 2 nights and my heart rate was stuck in cardio zone for 16 hours. I checked my heart rate on another device to make sure it was the watch & not me! I've restarted numerous times, turned Bluetooth on & off, and only have 1 green light flickering on the back. Help please!

I've done all the things suggested in both the forums and the article as I have been fighting this issue for over a week. I'm a little disappointed at this point because the device is not yet 2 years old and I thought it would last longer than that. I'll call the support line and see if they can help.

I am with you! This is my 2nd Fitbit watch to blip out like this. My husband's "coincidentally" blipped out a few weeks ago too. He decided to go with an Apple Watch this time.

Hi - I spoke with the support team yesterday and we did a factory reset.  Unfortunately my watch is still acting up and not recording events properly.  The thing that upsets me most is that this is the 2nd Versa that has blipped out after a swim.  The product claims to be water resistant but both times I have gone for a swim in 5 ft of water, the watch quits working.  I have only had this Versa for 1 year and 8 months. This is not right! Fitbit should not be allowed to claim "water resistant" as a Versa feature because clearly it is not.

Thanks for the update and it definitely sucks that it isn’t truly waterproof.

happened to my versa 2 earlier this year. had it for a year with no issue. swam in a pool once and it died completely.

fast forward to yesterday, swam in a 1m pool with my sense. started acting up within 5 minutes and completely dead by the time i got out of the pool.

take the loss and replace it with a better brand.
