Versa 2 not reading heart rate

Versa isn't tracking my heart rate as it's not reading it on the screen.

 

Checked on my settings and the heart rate option is definitely turned on so am not sure what is wrong

Hi @EthanHorton - try a watch Shutdown from the watch Settings, About menu. Wait at least seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.

 

In case the clock face has developed a problem try changing to a different one.
