Versa 2 not receiving messages or emails anymore. Have tried all reported remedies. Nothing still.

Could you please confirm that you have tried steps of help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? Do you get a message on your phone when you try setting the notifications?

Tried everything, only started happening in the last couple of months

I contacted Support about this issue several weeks ago and it still hasn't been resolved.  The individual I chatted with said he saw that it was happening to more than me.  Just wish they would fix it.

Mine was doing that also,  I would restart my phone and get it to work again.  Would have to do that about 2-3 times a week though for the past few months.  Just today my versa 2 quit working on me.  Hopefully it's not your case

It makes no difference at all. Still the same, as I said tried everything over and over
