Versa 2 not receiving notifications - Restart is required

Everyday I have to reinstall the app and login again to get notifications. It says I have to restart my phone to get notifications but it doesn't work. I have to reinstall the app everyday.

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with notification. Instead of uninstall and reinstall, try resetting your Versa. You can do that by holding down the button for 10+ seconds until you see the Fitbit logo. I have found that this works well when I stop receiving notifications.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.
