I have followed all the steps to get my notifications working again and still nothing. I have even tried Factory resetting my Versa 2 device and its saying the same thing

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Hello, I'm using a Huawei P30 Pro and I first experianced this last week Wednesday 17th. I will double check all the trouble shooting tips from that link but I'm sure I have ready done. Thank you

I'm sorry to know that you're still experiencing difficulties with the notifications feature of your Versa 2. For me to further investigate, can you please send me a screenshot showing the error message you receive on the Fitbit app?
