I have had my Versa 2 for a little over 2 years now. I have the Samsung S9+. About 24-36 hours ago, all of my notifications (calls, texts, Fitbit, Whatsapp, bank, security system, e-mail) stopped coming through to my Fitbit. I have checked the Notifications area, and all of the apps are checked. I have unpaired my Fitbit and repaired it. I have removed it from Bluetooth and added it back. I have forced stopped the app. I have powered off and then back on my phone. I am at a loss. Could someone please help me?

Mine has not. It's frustrating! Due to my mother's health, I count on the notifications when I am at work and my phone needs to be silenced.

@jncallaham nothing yet me with...I have tried all the troubleshooting tips but to no avail. Definitely an app update issue as mine was working fine until the weekend!

@Lynnemcn thank you...so frustrating...my husband also has a Versa 2, but he's stills receiving notifications.

My husband's quit the same day mine did but then started working again. Mine has not!

Hey - wanted to let you know that today I completely uninstalled my app on my phone today. Went to Google Play Store and downloaded the Fitbit app. Went through the process as if I was setting it up for the first time. Signed in, set all the settings/notifications, and then rebooted both my Versa and my phone. About an hour later my notifications started working again.
