I am extremely frustrated with the most recent update. Not only is the display not as user friendly or as appealing as the old one but it is BROKEN! I have to manually sync. But most frustrating is notifications no longer appear on watch. After 45 mins on live chat with very helpful agent who tried everything to get it working with no luck.
I need to have the 'escalated' team to resolve the issues with this most recent update or risk losing customers. My watch worked great until this update. I would like a response from the team on how to get my watch working properly again

I'm having this problem, also. Thanks for posting this because I would not have thought about clearing the cache. I wonder if it's the same for the iPhone. My wife has one and I have no clue how to clear caches on it. I NEVER had to do any of that wild stuff with my WindowsPhones. I sure do miss them.
