I have a Versa 2 and an iPhone X and cannot seem to get my text messages to my watch. All the settings are on to receive notifications on phone & watch. I had no issue with this and the blaze. Help please:)

I am STILL having trouble with this...i have tried everything suggested by the community!!! i had the first Versa and it worked great until all of the updates with iOS. Tried everything then and thought maybe it was my Versa (and also the battery was getting drained,so it was time for an upgrade anyway). Upgraded to the Versa 2 and STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM!!!! I receive calls and calendar notifications but no text still. I love my versa 2, but the text feature is very nice to have at work

My fitbit versa 2 not receiving all notifications except call noticafications, I tried couple of times to troubleshoot this issues without success, and finally out of the blue moon when I have given up hopes on this, I started to received text and apps notifications with surprise.

I think few days back I tried to reset all my apps and notification to default. And well it works 🙂

Hello everyone. Sorry for the late response.

I'm glad to hear that the majority of you are already back on track after following the recommendations provided here or after contacting our Support Team. I must say that I really appreciate all of you are helping each other. However, one thing I'd like to advise you (since a lot of you have done so), is that please try avoiding multi-posting, this refers to consecutively in the same thread, which can make conversations less readable for others. If you wish to add something to an existing post, you can click the three dots at the top right of your post to edit it. You can also mention users directly by using the @ sign and typing their usernames. Please keep this in mind to prevent further violations in the future.

This is a friendly advice for the ones who are already interacting here and for the new users who may want to help too.

For the ones who are still working with our Support Team I'd suggest to keep your conversation with them as they know what's the next step to try after everything you have done.

If anyone is still in need of help with your notifications not coming through. If you're on iOS, please follow these steps: Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones (ImportantMake sure you turn OFF and then back ON the Share System Notifications setting if it is on) and if you're on Android, try: Why are notifications delayed or missing?

Also, I wondered if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

Fitbit products are compatible with most devices that have the following operating systems: Apple iOS 12.2 and higher, Android OS 7.0 and higher.

Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.

In case anyone gets an error message, would you mind sharing with me what's it?

Hope the steps help you guys. I'll be around if you need further assistance.
