I'm just checking to see if anyone knows of a process where I can get texts to show on my MOTO Z2 Force. I get phone calls and my FB is working well with my Alexa and Ring cameras/devices.
My phone is not on the list, either are any of my cards or banks, may just be out of luck. I could get texts on my little $23 Chinese FitTracker, couldn't read them but.. Just a shot in the dark...

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Hi Ricardo,
I've tried to troubleshoot myself and then with two Fitbit techs. I found out from the second tech that my phone is not on the list of tested phones so I was hoping someone my have the same phone and/or had found a way to help me get text notifications. The tech offered; perhaps you can try changing equipment, phone or FB device which I'm not going to do.
It's disappointing, but I may be just out of luck.
