Versa 2 not receiving text notifications from my Android phone

Just spent 30 min with support trying to figure out why I cannot get texts. My android phone and the fitbit app are current. We rebooted phone and app.. The tech said they'll email more suggestions....? Very disappointed

I am having the same issuea going on 2 weeks now. And everything in the help support I tried and nothing has worked
