I just purchased my Versa 2 yesterday and I set it up as directed. I noticed I didn’t receive any notifications for text or calls so I looked up a how to fix on the help center her and still no avail.
I purchased this to actually replace my fit bit blaze that no longer words. I am really frustrated and need to know how to get this working.

I’m also having the same trouble! Really annoying and I can’t find a number for Fitbit to troubleshoot with someone...so frustrated!!!!!!!!

This is really annoying! I wish I would have done research before purchasing this watch. I trusted that since I had a blaze that this would be a great upgrade I’m seriously going to take it back and get my money back.
