I called support last week and was informed that the engineers are working on the problem. My versa was not cheap and I am not happy that it's taking so long to fix the issues.
Why have a versa if all the functions don't work and stop working

I'm also sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is not receiving text/calls notifications. I totally understand how frustrating this is for you.
