I have a Fitbit Versa 2 which was receiving both text messages and phone calls. I stopped receiving notifications altogether and updated my Fitbit. Now I receive notifications for emails, but not text messages or phone calls.

 

In the app, notifications for messages are enabled. In fact, every notification is enabled.

To resolve issues with notifications, we recommend following the troubleshooting steps in this article.

 

Whether you continue having difficulties, set up your Fitbit Versa 2 as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab Fitbit and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
