Hi there,
I have an issue as I can not see my Versa 2 on ly MacBook Pro running Catalina 10.15.3.
Same computer was OK to see and synchronize an Alta HR, but not my Versa 2 (I was finally only able to activate it through a windows 10 computer, although the Fitbit help page says it is not possible ... anyway)
Can you please tell me if you succeeded in doing so or provide support ?
