Versa 2 not recognizing email from BlackBerry Hub+ Services

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 phone running the BlackBerry Hub+ Services so I can use the BlackBerry Hub as the nerve center to all of my email accounts, WhatsApp, Social Media and Text.

 

Just recently I purchased a Versa 2 for a variety of reasons, and was really looking forward to having the notification and respond capability from the device.  I have set up the default mail client as BlackBerry Hub+ services, as well as the text client, the WhatsApp client and Facebook.  So far, I do not receive any of the emails...  I get all of the other notifications, just not that one.  I have fiddled with as many setting as I can find, and while I have had varying degrees of notifications, I have never once received one for an email.

I have the Versa 2 set up almost perfect, so if someone has ideas on how I can fix this, it would be greatly appreciated.

 

Anyone have this problem, or more to the point, the solution?

Hi @Acehigh83 , unfortunately this service is not supported by Fitbit (yet). Therefore I would advice you to post this request in the Feature Suggestions Board. This is especially created for these kind of requests. Click the link and on the right side "Make a new suggestion". Regards kuzibri

If it isnt a current feature, that is very frustrating as they have done a great job in pretending it would.  I waited for the Versa 2 and that was supposed to support it out of the box with the Versa not long after.

 

And the app already has the embedded support to set it up.

It is like it is simply not linking or worse, not turned on.

Couldnt figure out how to embed photos from my phone so here a couple of screen captures.
