Versa 2 not recognizing my bike ride

I just bought a  versa 2 and it doesn’t record my bike rides.

Which mode are you using to record the ride @Rgchristie ?

Ate you letting Fitbit decide or manually starting the ride recording?

I' having the same problem too.  While the tracker will record my heart rate and exercise time it dopes not accurately record the distance traveled on my bike.    I'm selecting the bike icon in the exercise screen and am using a Samsung S10e with the Bluetooth connected.

If your selecting bike, fitbit would record the time as a bike ride. If the phones GPS has been connected to should also see a map of the route.

Thanks for your note. My Fitbit does not connect to my phone during the Bike riding event. The blue tooth is on and it records steps, sleep, heartbeat and other values from the watch to the phone, but not the bike riding events. Any suggestions?
