My verse 2 does not record floors when it should be. Every time I ho up my my stairs at home it should be recorded but it does not. I have already verified that my software is up to date. I have also done the reboot the watch process which doesn't fix the issue. I don't think that this an issue with my phone because my watch is not recording it.
In addition I am seeing that my steps are also not always being recorded.

Welcome to the Community, @Kwithbroe.
Thanks for the details in your post and for the troubleshooting performed before posting. Versa 2 tracks floors when you climb about 10 feet or 3 meters. Your watch uses changes in barometric pressure combined with the steps you take to calculate floors climbed. It measures changes in air pressure through a small hole in the back of the watch. If this hole becomes blocked then it can cause this problem so you can try to clean it as instructed here.
Regarding the steps, I recommend you to check that your demographic data (such as height, weight, etc) are correct on your profile on the Fitbit app by tapping on your profile's picture > Tap on your name > Personal. You can also check that your stride length is correct by following the instructions from this help article.
On a side note, I moved your post to the Versa 2 board to keep the Community organized.
Hope this helps.

I have all if the information you stated entered into my profile. It is still nit calculate the distance correctly. I have checked with multiple different apps that track the miles and the fitbit doesn't calculate it correctly. Do you know when this will be fixef?
