I brought the Versa 2 four days and I've been having some trouble with it the whole time.
The heart rate is incredibly sporadic, shutting off a few minutes into excersie and not starting up again at all. The heart rate graph shows huge gaps where it doesn't register.
The sleep pattern isn't registering regularly and some nights not at all.
The reminders to move didn't work the first few days. Then it worked for one day then didn't again.
I have reset it several times. I have cleaned the back of the device. I have turned it off then on again. I have turned the heart rate off then synced it then turned it back on and synced again.
Any help would be appreciated, I had the Alta hr before and it worked great and I was really looking forward to getting the Versa 2 with the addition features.
