My Versa 2 is not picking up my heart rate. The lights on the back on the watch are not lighting up. I have restarted the watch and unpaired and paired it to my Pixel XL2. Is this a known issue? How can I get my watch to work properly?

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
