Hi, I’ve been using my Versa 2 with an iPhone 11 for the past two weeks. The Versa itself is good but for some reason it isn’t syncing everything with the app. Today my watch shows 10 out of 10 hours activity. My app did, briefly, but now says only 5. I’ve reset the Versa, done restarts on both the device and app but nothing helps, I tried Fitbit on Twitter but they took days to reply and then told me they would need to look into further. Nothing since. Can anyone help?
